I have scored 5 stars as Charlotte and Luke and Callum were all so helpful. One thing I would say though just as tips for the future is to consider making handovers more special. In the past I had flowers in my new Mini for handover

A customer survey is a waste of time as this centre is closing shortly, service at Stansted compared to another local centre has always been far better and the staff will be a great loss.

Our Mini was booked in for an MOT, I filled out an email checking the vehicle in beforehand and under comments said could you please look at the bonnet struts which you had identified at last years MOT and full service. This wasn't picked up on.
